Description

We’re excited to be working with a specialist paid media agency who are fully focused on paid search and paid social social campaigns, working with some of the UK's most prestigious retail and ecommerce brands. Although a newly formed and small team, their experience and reputation places them at the forefront of the paid media industry, running large international media camapigns with high monthly budgets.

The agency are looking for a Paid Media Manager who is looking for their next step up, into bigger and better accounts, taking on more responsibility. As a midweight within the team you will play a pivotal role working alongside and learning from some of their senior Directors, as well as leading and supporting more junior members of the team.

You will be responsible for growing client accounts, creating and executing media plans across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels, and delivering insightful reports to clients on campaign progress across their bespoke reporting and analytics app.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering successful paid media camapigns across both search and social channels.

  • Hitting performance growth targets for the clients within your portfolio.

  • Providing your clients with strategic insights and reports via the agency's bespoke report app.

  • Developing proposals that drive incremental spend opportunities for your clients.

  • Deepening relationships with media partners that drive innovation and best practice.

  • Enhancing workflows and building efficiencies within the existing business processes.

  • Ensuring client camapigns are delivered to a high standard.

  • Highlighting and sharing useful pattens and trends within your client accounts.

  • Sharing client learnings and trends within the wider agency.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years experience delivering successful paid media strategies & campaigns.

  • Experience working with mid sized and large fashion brands is beneficial.

  • A natural commercial outlook and approach to marketing.

  • Strong analytical mindset, confident with drawing insights from complex datasets and forming data-driven arguments.

  • Knowledge of the entire paid media marketing landscape.

  • Ability to deliver marketing strategies that focus on delivering tangible value/ROI.

  • Comfortable working in a small team, and confident sharing your ideas.

  • Proactive and solutions-focused.

  • A passion for marketing, the digital landscape and ecommerce.

Salary & Benefits

  • £35,000 - £45,000
