Description

As a Marketing Manager at this award winning Digital Marketing Agency, you will be reporting directly to the Account Director and Strategy Director. You will help them with the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, understanding client's goals and helping the senior team to create an integrated marketing strategy that focuses on meeting them, presenting research and marketing strategies to prospects and clients, campaign reporting and working with the senior to analyse and optimise, and finally overseeing Marketing Executives. You will need to demonstrate that you have had experience making challenging decisions when it comes to clients, as well as being someone that is personable, professional and is able to bring new ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities

  • 3+ years experience, does not need to be agency experience

  • A proven track record of helping to run successful B2B marketing strategies & campaigns across a wide range of sectors

  • Experience working with SME clients and owner managers

  • A natural commercial outlook and approach to marketing

  • Knowledge of the entire marketing mix including; Inbound marketing and HubSpot (a big bonus!)

  • Ability to deliver marketing strategies that focus on delivering tangible value/ROI
